Withdrawal request

READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING THE REQUEST

You can exercise the right of withdrawal only if you are the final consumer, natural person without VAT number, within 14 days from the Good's delivery date.

If your order is composed of more products, individually shipped, the deadline of the 14 days takes effect from the delivery date of the last product.

After notifying your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must return the products within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice.

Withdrawal is not permitted for orders regarding personalized accessories created specifically on customer's commission, and tailor-made accessories (quantities of 100, 500, and below).

The good concerning the withdrawal must be shipped using a courier chosen and paid for by the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the refund will be issued (initial delivery not included).

To be accepted, the refund must follow the following terms:

1. products must be returned in their original, integral packaging and properly packed;
2. products must not show any signs of use other than those necessary to verify their characteristics and proper functioning;
3. products must be returned with all the labels, packaging and every possible accessory received with the order.

All returned products will be subject to inspection in order to check their compliance with the requirements expected to exercise the right of withdrawal.
