PROCESSING PLASTIC IN (almost) ZERO WASTE WAY?

Processing plastic everyday, we have always paid attention to environment and its protection by applying a circular economy in every single moment of our work.

Circular economy: connectors for hangers

Today, we would like to show how we apply circular economy during the production of connector for hangers.
Two different shapes are available: the smallest (showed in the video) with 3 holes, the biggest with triangolar shape has 4 holes instead.
Through this items it is possible to couple hangers, especially useful for suits or total outfit.

Productive process

The production is made with 100% recyclable low density polyethylene (LDPE 4); moreover, we use moulds that are capable of not generating production waste.
To make sure packaging is perfect, we use an automatic robot that packs 1000 pcs/ pack.
Here, the bags we recycle come into play: our supplier envelope that contain raw materials are not thrown away! Instead, we flip them over and reuse them as packaging to create standard bundles of couplers for hangers (4000 pcs).
