TAKE-BACK PROGRAM FOR SHIRT STORES: FREE RECYCLING OF USED PACKAGING

13/09/2023

Programma Take-Back Camicerie

If there's one thing we've learned in recent years, it's that sustainability is the key to a better future. Here at PIR.SA.FA., we firmly believe that every small action can make a difference. That's why we are excited to announce the launch of our Take-Back Program for Shirt Stores!

We're Revolutionizing Fashion with Sustainability

At PIR.SA.FA., we are committed to making fashion more sustainable, starting from its creation all the way to the end of the product lifecycle. We've recognized that one of the most effective ways to reduce the environmental impact of shirts is to responsibly manage the packaging.

How does the Program work?

It's simple: when one of your customers purchases one of your shirts, they will have the option to return the plastic packaging in which you wrapped the garment.

Once a reasonable amount of used packaging has been collected, you can give us a call, and we will arrange for the FREE pickup of the packaging, followed by recycling and its use in the production of new accessories.

Included Products

The program accepts the following types of products:

  • Plastic shirt clips (Polystyrene or Polycarbonate);
  • PVC shirt collars bands;
  • PVC shirt collar butterflies.

The above-described products are ONLY accepted from our supplies: only items produced by us will be accepted. This is for technical reasons: we are confident in using only high-quality, guaranteed, and certified plastic. This allows us to smoothly handle the subsequent processing phase in the recycling cycle.

Why You Should Partecipate

By participating in the Take-Back Program, shirt stores can:

  1. Provide an additional free service to their environmentally conscious customers;
  2. Attract new customers who prioritize sustainability;
  3. Contribute to reducing environmental impact;
  4. Decrease the waste of plastic materials;
  5. Promote a circular economy;
  6. Benefit from the positive image boost resulting from program publicity;
  7. Enjoy a €10.00 discount applied to the shipping cost for an order, as specified in the complete program terms.

Recycling and Creative Reuse

Once the packaging returns to PIR.SA.FA., it begins its second life.
By recycling items like clips, collars band, and collar butterflies, we are able to create new products, contributing to reducing our ecological footprint. Specifically, PVC collar bands and collar butterflies will be processed by third-party companies with whom we already collaborate, along with other waste materials, to repurpose them into new products related to the construction industry.

Joining Forces for a Better World

Our Take-Back Program is a partnership between us, the participating shirt stores, and your valuable customers. Together, we are taking a step forward towards a more sustainable future for fashion and the environment.
