SHIRT CLIPS: CLOSED-LOOP PRODUCTION AND ENVIRONMENTAL LABELLING

06/12/2022

From the first to the last step, we show the circular production process of the clips for shirts.

It starts from the dehumidification of the material, to ensure that it is completely dry (which helps the performance of the final product by giving greater tightness, and also improves the aesthetic, giving transparency and shine).
By aspiring the raw material, we move on the stamping and subsequent extraction of the articles from the mold. Through the ramp the products cool down, until the time of separation of the production waste from the shirt clips.
In this way, the separated material can be recycled and injected into a new production cycle.
As for disposal (and therefore also environmental labelling), the material we have talked about so far is 100% recyclable Polystyrene (PS 6): in this way the article can be thrown into plastic bucket and recycled. Providing an accessory composed of 100% of a single type of plastic, we try to facilitate the work of our supply chain and the final consumer, but above all we try to create zero waste for the environment!
Last element necessary for production, but not least, our human assets!

Thank you to our supplier Motan Group, Fanuc, Tria Plastics

Here clips data sheet and environmental labelling.

P.S. Watch till the end for a special greeting!
