The press machines for plastic injection moulding vary from 80 tonne hydraulic models (NB 80) to fully electric 250 tonne versions (VE 90 NEGRI & BOSSI / FANUC 100 / FANUC 150/ FANUC 180/FANUC 250) for latest-generation, high precision and clean moulding. We can produce moulds from scratch (from both drawings and samples) in partnership with highly qualified mould designers.

All the moulds have been made with hardened dies and mould bases treated with magnetite to eliminate the use of lubricants and protective substances to obtain a long-lasting mould with an extended life cycle. The cutting or cold moulding department consists of three eccentric presses 25 / 45 / 65 tonnes, which can handle all small and medium-size jobs.
